The absolute best for local cookies. Crumbl ain't got nothing on this spot as far as I'm concerned. I've never had a cookie from here that I don't enjoy. Definitely worth a visit.

A coworker's family member shipped some cookies and shared at work for her birthday. I tried Banana nut and Double Chocolate Raspberry. The Banana nut was my ultimate favorite. I will see about making a future order for the nuts assortment cookies. If you're a muffin cup chewer like I am, make sure you eat all the icing off the wrap. Haha

Brought some out of state family here to try these amazing cookies. For $1.60 a cookie it's an awesome deal. They're fresh made moist and always delish. You can also count on them to have the same flavors every time you go. They now offer gluten free cookies and edible cookie dough. We always get the iced sugar cookie which has a hint of anise in it. And I always get the mint chocolate chip, peanut butter and chocolate chip. Other favs are white chocolate macadamia. My guests bought three each and they instantly fell in love and said we should have bought a dozen!! There is always coupons in mail fliers for buy 1 dozen get three free. For $17 that's $1.20 a cookie. Great deal. We freeze them and eat a nibble at a time. I could easily eat three at a time but I refrain for sure. Must stop place in for Wayne. Owned locally by women and every staff member is helpful, patient and will help you pick out your cookies if you're undecided. Keep in mind this place can get very busy. I've seen days when the lines are out the door. But it moves very fast. Def must try.

You walk in and see a structured line from the counter to the door. When it's your turn, you are called by any server(?) to decide on your cookies! I easily enjoyed the chocolate chip, macadamia nut and the sugar cookies and will return. But, me not being a local,I didn't understand the hype to call it the best cookie. And then it dawned on me. Cookie Cottage is to Fort Wayne as Insomnia Cookies is to Broad Ripple. It's about what you have around that's good and that's what makes this place special. The staff is kind. You are greeted and farewelled with a smile! What more could you ask for?

HANDS DOWN, THE BEST COOKIES! We like the CCC's! Chocolate Chip Cookies!! The iced sugar cookie is our family favorite. The wish is, they weren't wrapped. It's a wonderful treat and never disappoints. The nutty cookies are wonderful and full of flavor, the Chocolate Chip Pecan, White Macadamia Chocolate, and the Butter pecan are favorites. If you like mint, their Double Chocolate Chip Mint is full of flavor, but not overwhelming! We always try to support the local companies, and this is definitely one, especially when their cookies are superior and delicious! The ladies working are always prompt and gathers the cookies quickly. The store is very clean and they get you in and out quickly!

I can't believe I have never done a review on Cookie Cottage. I've been in all three of their locations over the years and gotten to know the owners. The sisters are fantastic people and make the BEST cookies you will ever have! Cookie Cottage is a Fort Wayne icon. You can always give their cookies as a gift for something that represents FW. We often buy a box to give as a gift or take to family events - they are ALWAYS a hit!! They make great gifts to drop off at clients or birthday/mother-father day presents. As for the cookies! You can NOT go wrong! Their basic cookie is a plain iced cookie. The bread part is moist but won't fall apart when breaking off pieces or taking a bit. The frosting just MELTS in you mouth - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I am partial to the oatmeal raisin and mint chocolate chip! Go visit the store. Mix and match a bakers dozen. I GUARANTEE you will be the HIT of where ever you take them to!!!

This was a surprise stop for us to pick up cookies for my husband's brother. He wanted some thank you cookies for his medical team. The service was friendly and efficient. Also there was a line ahead of us since we had not called to order ahead. When we saw and tasted these cookies we could understand why. They are huge, chewy, delicious and so fresh you would swear they just came out of the oven. They have a wide variety of flavors but I think my favorite is the frosted sugar cookies. If you happen to be in Fort Wayne and craving cookies you should check this place out. Sorry I didn't get any pix.

The Pufferbelly Trial leads straight to the Cookie Cottage so while biking, my sister and I decided to stop by. There's a bike rack right right next to the store and they have outdoor, shaded seating. We came around 2pm, so there was a very short wait. We got helped right away, and we chose a iced sugar cookie and macadamia white chocolate cookie. Each cookie was $1.50, which I thought was a reasonable price. We sat outside on the round tables and ate our treats. The iced sugar is a classic and you can't go wrong with this one. However, even though I'm a big sweet tooth, it became too sweet the second half of the cookie. I probably would have saved the second half for later, but because we biked, I didn't want it to melt so I powered through to finish. The iced part was delicious and soft though.
